KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责：

 

• Mechanical design for ball screw and actuator product.
• Customized ball screw and actuator design. 
• Innovative ideas for unique solutions delivered to the market.
• Design for manufacturing.
• Utilize A&S Business System tools to drive Safety, Quality, and Cost objectives.

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

 

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of prior Mechanical Engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of linear actuator or ball screw.
• Working knowledge of PCB, Motors, Switches would be preferred.
• Skills in Solidworks, Creo and AutoCAD.
• Good English communication.
• Excellent troubleshooting skill.
• Sense of urgency; being able to recognize and resolve issues.
• Strong continuous improvement skills and leadership competencies to drive quality, delivery, cost improvement, in short & long term.
• Solid organization, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
