Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer who to be part of a worldwide. People with the abilities and desire drive to become a part of the global team.The job location will base in Shenzhen.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree on electronic engineering / mechatronic or related
Above 3 years working experience on product development on mechatronic product
Experience with mechanical and electronic assembly process, production and quality test control plan;
Solid experience with mechanical testing, tester approval, maintenance and data analysis;
Assembly language Software experience for automatic testing equiptment;
Familiar with supplier management, understand supplier production platform;
Experience of working with cross team, and effective communication skills;
Fluently both in oral and written Chinese;
Fluently both in oral and written English;

Main Tasks regarding work title:

Develop the automatic and semi automatic testing equipment base on the product specification
Develop the testing and maintenance plan for the testing equipment
Support electronic assembly and production, and ensure the quality control plan is in place;
Support the mechanical and electronic design evaluation in early development phase;
Drive testing preparation before/after transfer to software programmer, approval, maintenance, and evaluation;
Work together with company Mechatronic team to further develop and optimize the test setup;
Support final adjustment of production, DFM and testability within mechatronic team;
Assist on component issues;

Special Tasks:
Drive evaluation of current mechanical tester at supplier side, and support electronic production;
Support electronic production and assembly evalution linked with the testing requirement and gap
Identify short & long term plan for the electronic testing in China;
