Objectives:

Support Sr. Controlling Manager in day-to-day planning/forecasting/analysis, internal reporting/external reporting, and cost controlling topics.

Job responsibilities:

Planning and Cost Controlling:

l Assist in Budgeting, Long-range-plan, and Forecast.

l Optimize planning tool (Excel, SAP).

l Drive overheads planning, and conduct day-to-day cost controlling, i.e. IT spending, Marketing spending, Investment expenditures, etc.

l Assist in scenarios analysis, business case, funding costs, cash flow analysis, etc.

Reporting:

l Prepare monthly shareholder/management reporting, gap analysis, profitability analysis, and department cost report.

l Prepare external report for shareholders and key account, ie. Brilliance/ JLR / Multi Make.

l Headcount reporting.

l Optimize AFC reporting package and tools (Excel, SAP).

Other ad hoc assignments

Job requirements:

l Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Management. Oversea education/Master degree is a plus. CFA, CPA or ACCA preferred.

l Minimum 5 years controlling / reporting / accounting working experience in foreign companies/big 4. AFC experience is preferred.

l Good command of written and spoken English.

l Good communication skills and presentation skills.

l Strong business sense, data processing skills, Excel master. Macro/VBA/Access skill is an advantage.

l Good knowledge of SAP/CMS/WFS.

l Problem-shooting, committed, honest, take ownership, logical thinking, pro-active, and team player.

l Ability to work under pressure.
