Responsibilities:

o Develop value-added Quantum storage solution and service to meet customers’ technical and business need.

o Create RFP responses, technical drawings, sizing, presentations, and recommendations.

o Conduct research and gain knowledge of all key products, ecosystem technologies and domain knowledge.

o Work closely with all other teams to close deals, develop business, and create values for you, the company and the customers. 

 

 

Basic Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or similar or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 

o 5+ pre-sales engineer experience

o Experience with OS，SAN, NAS, object, and tape storage solution

o Experience with enterprise networking and storage networking concepts

o Experience in a tape storage, high performance storage/computing vendor or system integrator

o Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.

 

Preferred Qualifications

o Must have sales mindset and start-up company spirit. 

o Preferred technical requirements: Windows AD, Linux and Mac OS admin, StorNext, GPFS, Lustre, ZFS。

o Demonstrable ability to create demo scripts in any one of the following scripting/programing languages: C#, Perl, Python, Shell Scripting

o Must have strong communication skills, including: developing and delivering presentations; and connecting with customers via phone, face to face, and in written correspondences including RFP responses.

o 计算机科学、电子工程或类似专业本科学历，硕士学历更优，或具备同等程度实际工作经历和能力。

o 5年或以上售前工程师经验

o 具备丰富的SAN、NAS、对象存储、磁带备份或归档存储解决方案经验

o 具备企业级网络、存储网络经验

o 具备磁带存储、高性能存储系统经验

o 英语和普通话书面和口头交流能力

 

岗位高级要求：

o 具备销售思维和初创公司精神

o 具备如下技术能力优先考虑：Windows AD，Linux和Mac系统管理，StorNext/GPFS/Lustre/ZFS。

o 具备如下一种或多种编程和脚本能力：C#， Perl，Python，Shell脚本。

o 具备优良的沟通能力：包括现场演讲、电话和面对面的客户沟通能力，书面的投标应答能力等。
