1. 参与需求分析, 能将业务需求拆分到各子系统。

2. 负责相应产品模块的需求分析、框架设计和编码工作。

3. 编写详细设计文档，控制项目开发进度和代码质量。

4. 参与各子系统的架构设计和搭建，攻关项目中的技术难点。

5.Code review，编写单元测试。期望的能力与经验

1. 良好的系统集成经验

2. .NET体验（C，ASP.NET，MVC）

3. ADO.NET实体框架，或nhibernate

4. 良好的SQL Server数据库经验、存储过程、函数和作业

5. WebService/WCF体验
