JOB SUMMARY:
The Specialist (contractor), Business Development on the Giftcard Team will be responsible for supporting on-site selling events to achieve the overall sales target across Gap Greater China. General responsibilities include: coordination among various parties both internal and external to successfully execute onsite activities; acquire and maintain relationship with individual customers collected from onsite activities to increase efficiency per activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for the direct sales portion of the overall Giftcard sales and margin to ensure yearly target under supervision of the line manager.
? Be involved in annual and quarterly budget planning and performance tracking.
? Work closely with all sales rep to build a comprehensive onsite calendar on a monthly basis.
? Coordination among various parties both internal and external to ensure successfully execution of each onsite activities throughout the year.
? Lead interns and resources leveraged from stores to ensure the activity execution.
? Work closely with sales rep. to keep on improving SOP under supervision of the line manager.
? Actively collect all the contacts on the site and utilize the information to spot further selling opportunities for the growth of the business.
? Summarize each activity with specified template.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
? Good interpersonal skills to build relationships and achieve results
? Negotiation skills with external parties
? Good oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Chinese, and basic communications skills in English.
? Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting
2) Minimum Education Level
? University degree with marketing or business management degree
3) Experience Required
? 1 + years of related experience
? Strong sales skills with proven experience in related area
