Key Duties and

Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:

- Following up the bidding request defined by sales support manager

- Support the sales leader during the whole process

- Focus on China Strategy Account, and make market research to China companies.

- Translate some document related to the bidding projects.

- Create References and case studies per requirement by branch or by sales.

- Create a good communication line with branches, divisions and other departments and coordinate the work if necessary.

- Update the team documents and on server if necessary.

- Assist SAS team members to follow up team work during busy period.

- Other tasks required by Sales Support Manager and given feedback in time.

Key Skills and

Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess:

- Fluent Chinese and English (incl. oral and written)

- Good MS office skill, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

- Good communication skills

- With good sense of customer service

- Hard working Spirit

- High responsibility for the work

- Be good at analyst and project leading skills

Education &

Experience

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess:

- College or above

- With 1-5 years related working experience

- Related bidding working experience will be better
