AM is a professional with the capability to maintain application system and ensure system stable in customer business time, manage and implement change requests ,develop new opportunity and support business development.

You work very closely with clients (both IT and BU) and NNIT internal teams.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong experience in pharmaceutical business processes, requirement definition, and technical understanding and software development skills. The role will be cross industry but industry experience in pharmaceutical would be a benefit.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?

? Ensure customer business processing running smoothly by maintain and manage application systems very well

? Manage and implement change requests

? Analyze and design new business processes and process flows.

? Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements

? Be accountable for quality of system operation

Required Skills

1. Master C#, ASP.net and Microsoft SQL server

2. Master Web site deployment, such as HTML JavaScript CSS and XML

3. Master Informatica (optional)

4. Know system analysis and technical design

5. TEAM work

6. PMP (optional)

7. Over 8 years software development and application management experience
