POSITION: Business Unit Manager
LOCATION: Chongqing,Guangzhou, Suzhou
JOB SUMMARY: In charge of the operational management of the Business Unit
REPORT TO: Managing Director China

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial result: growth and profitability, other operational targets in the own Business unit
Business operations in accordance with the Corporate Operations Manual
Management of the Customer Processes in the Business Unit area
Human Resource Management
Sales management
Implementation of the Company Values, Mission ,Vision and Strategic Choices in the Business Unit
KEY TASKS
Follow-up and analysis
Annual planning in the Business Unit
Sales process management
Customer Service / Care activities (including receivables)
Develop and control of processing and delivery operations.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years experience in management position
Prefer candidates from SERVICE INDUSTRY
Leadership skills
Negotiation skills
Skills and knowledge in Sales Management
Understanding of the Customer needs
Good command of the English language
Good basic knowledge of textile rental business
Basic education of university degree: commercial or technical. Professional training,
INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS
Natural prerequisites for leadership and management: will and ability
Encouraging leader and a decisive manager when needed
Resistance to stress
Several years of management experience
Ability to analyse information and to implement it into the development of the operations
Ability to see the full picture/the thing as a whole
Ability to organise
