Job description
Responsibility:
To manage IBM SPO vendors to confirm the service quality.To monitor china 30+ warehouses operation.For issue and potential issue,need review vendor to provide improvement action plan and track the progress.As a inerface,will handle TSS's requirement and track vendor's delivery.
1.Operation review/report
-Review the vendor's operation to keep the normal situation
-Through the management system to find issue or potential issue.Discuss the improvement action plan with vendor and track the progress.
-Provide accurate and timely report with actual
-Initial the vendor review
2.Interface between TSS and IBM vendor
- Handle emergent situation like Customs clearance or parts delivery.
- Handle internal complaint and find the solution to resolve.
3.Other parts team operation activity
- Assist Business control to review vendor.
- Build up relationship with vendor.
Education (minimum/desirable) Requirements:
-Bachelor degree(can be college degree if has logistic experience)
-Master degree in these areas are preferred, but not a must
Working Experience
-Over 3 years work experience
-Prior experience in logistic/parts management is required.
-Prior IBM experience is preferred
Skills
-Logistic/parts management skill
-Smooth communication with team, leverage different functions to achieve common objective
-Diligent professional, quick learner, gain deeply understanding of the business dynamics
-Problem solving skills
-Work well with team members from different culture
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in IT Operation work experience
At least 2 years experience in Prior experience in logistic/parts management
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
Preferred
At least 2 years experience in Prior IBM experience
