YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

·     Responsible for new products/portfolio development to meet customer needs and deliver business results timely.

·     Work with regional/global technical experts to provide robust solution for customer needs  

·     Responsible for working with commercial business development team and sales team to understand marketing as well as identify , screen and consolidate real opportunities then to transfer the opportunities as our real product depending on your own good technical design capabilities.

·     Work with production and procurement function BUs to do new material qualifications and new production feasibility studies

• Conduct pilot run for sample prototyping and cooperate with operation team for scale-up manufacturing
• Drive new ideation and invention disclosures.
• Ability to travel when required. 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Master or above is preferred in Polymer Science, chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years of experiences in R&D function. With PSA Label or tape application and product knowledge experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge on new product development process & project management skill, material characterization/test. Being familiar with six sigma and DOE is preferred   
• Demonstrated success in developing innovative solutions to customer needs
• Good team player, demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong execution capability, diligent working attitude with high efficiency is preferred.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
