In the H&M Production organization we transform design ideas into actual products. We ensure that we produce safe products for our customers and remain in the forefront of sustainability.

As a Technician, your main focus will be to find solutions to problems regarding bulk orders as well as upgrade suppliers’ knowledge to secure production quality.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:

? Pre-order placement risk assessment on technical requirements fulfillment

? Order Placement risk assessment

? Check the workmanship, measurements & fitting, identify the problems and make improvements

? Quality feedback improvement & Key production process quality control setup

? Initial and inline inspection

Who will you work with?

In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Shanghai. You will interact regularly with Quality, Merchandiser, Product Development & R&D, our external suppliers as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.
