天津招聘

1、 输入所有与现金有关的JDE凭证（包括在应收帐款模块做所有现金的收款核销；在总帐模块输入所有费用凭证）。以及所有银行的JDE凭证的审核。

  

2、 负责总帐日常核算工作，和相关的数据稽核检查工作；编制调节表，保证月度总帐和明细帐余额一致。每月公司所有科目总帐模块及其他模块的数据核对。（主要包括销售核对，库存核对，应收帐款核对，应付帐款核对，固定资产核对）

  

3、 负责月底结帐，保证结帐进度符合公司总部要求；及时准确编制相关的财务报表，负责报送政府要求的所有财务报表

  

4、 协助完成公司的年度审计，年检工作

  

5、 对所有采购订单（包括OP单，OK单）进行预审，审核及过账；月底前对分公司间的往来款进行核对；每月与总部及其他分公司核对其他往来账户。

  

6、 每周五制作应收帐款清单（包括按业务员的全部应收帐款），每月制作当月结款清单，供业务员参考，配合销售部门做好应收款核对工作, 与客户和供应商对帐及超帐期应收帐款的催收。

  

7、 按照国家会计制度规定，妥善保管会计凭证、账簿、报表等档案资料，年终按档案管理条件将有关档案保存。

  

8、 根据工作需要完成上级分配的其它任务；
