职位描述

Key Accountabilities 重要职责

1. Account Analysis & Planning 客户分析及发展规划
Develop account management plans, including call rates, call frequency, primary contacts, etc., based on assigned list of customers.
基于指定的客户名单,制定客户管理计划,其中包括电话评估、拨打频率、基本联系等。
Evaluate account sales information and performance relative to agreed contract / Customer KPIs.
评估客户销售信息和与合同/客户关键绩效指标相关的业绩。
2. New Account Selling 新客户销售
Engage high value major account prospects and explore / identify longer term strategic product and service needs.
开发高价值的主要客户,开拓/确定长期战略产品和服务需要。
Follow up identified Customer opportunities for solution selling opportunities.
跟进已确定的客户机会,以便找出销售实施方案。
3. Existing Account & Contract Management 现有客户和合同管理
Establish Account Management Team and ensure on-going communication of relevant account information – eg. Documented and agreed product, service and delivery needs.
确保对相关客户信息的沟通的进行,如文件确定以及达成协议的产品、服务及发货需要。
Hold regular account / contract review meetings to track performance relative to plan.
定期举行客户/合同审查会议,以跟踪与计划相关的绩效
Identify product, service and solution opportunities.
确定产品、服务和解决机会
4. Customer Servicing 客户服务
Ensure clear and consistent communication with Branch Staff regarding sales call information and Customer requirements.
根据电话销售信息和客户的需求,确保分支机构员工有明确和一贯的联系方式。
5. Product & Industry Knowledge 产品与行业知识
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry and market issues.
保持关于产业和市场问题的最新知识
Maintain a thorough understanding of HCN’s pricing policy and engagement arrangements.
保持对HAG的定价政策和职务安排有一个透彻的了解。
Maintain a broad awareness of HCN’s products / services includes HCN’s value proposition and competitor offerings.
保持对HAG的产品/服务有广泛的认识包括HAG的价值主张和竞争对手的产品。

Experience / Background 经验/背景

3-5 years experience in selling solutions to senior management in a specific industry
具有 3-5 年在具体行业向高级管理员销售解决方案的经验
Knowledge and level of proficiency in the use of IT software packages (iScala, MS CRM, VPP) required
要求了解和熟练使用 IT 软件包( iScala 系统,MS 客户关系管理,VPP )
Experience in customer sales and distribution process, awareness of commercial and financial pressures within both the customer and Hagemeyer’s operation
具有向客户进行销售和分销的工作经验,能认识到在客户和海格曼运作方面的商业压力和金融压力
University Degree in Engineering, Business, or related; three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
工程专业、商务专业或相关专业学士学位;三年相关的经验和/或培训;或同等条件的教育和经验。
