Main Duties：

？ 围绕公司业务需求进行新产品的方案设计；

？ 基于市场调研进行技术选型并进一步开展新产品研发和测试工作；

？ 针对市场部门和业务部门制定新产品相关配置参数并组织内部培训。

？ 学习并掌握内窥镜产品以及 OR1 一体化手术室基本知识，以便应用到 研发工作中。

？ 实现公司医疗设备与新技术（云计算、物联网、VR 等）的融合，类似于病人信息条 码扫描器与内窥镜影像录制设备、医院信息系统的信息共享；

？ 为公司提供手术转播全球联网的网络化解决方案（借助远程医疗技术）；

？ 根据医院信息化整合需求，开发一套能够整合 HIS、PACS、LIS 以及 RIS 的信息化 工作站；

Jobholder Requirements：

？ 硕士以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机专业为佳；

？ 良好的英语口头及书面表达能力；

？ 3 年左右工作经验，掌握视频音频技术或网络架构技术优先；

？ 较强的学习能力、技术钻研的能力；

？ 对于该岗位人员的技术能力，希望能够覆盖到以下领域之一为佳：

熟悉大型企业分布式 IT 基础架构管理（数据中心 + 局域网 + 广域网 + 企业级通信 + 终端设备） 及 IT 运维服务管理

熟悉云平台技术，特别是视频云相关领域（云点播，云直播）

熟悉 AV 视音频技术 最重要的是希望有研发和创新的精神，善于思考和发现问题，踏实有韧劲
