工作职责：
1、开发、维护公司内外部专业培训讲师和网上学习系统，管理培训中需要的人员、物品、资金，确保合理高效利用
2、收集和分析公司和经销商培训需求，制定产品培训相关计划；根据培训反馈和公司市场策略，不断优化和丰富培训
3、负责组织实施各层级产品培训课程，监督培训后执行效力，收集和评估培训后反馈
4、完成主要专科（普外、泌尿、妇科、耳鼻喉）之一的培训教材优化和整理
5、完成一门专科的授课工作，学员满意度95%以上

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，医学类专业（临床医学、护理学等），具备2年以上培训经验
2、英语听说读写熟练，熟练操作office工具
3、良好的授课能力，工作有条理和逻辑性
