岗位职责：
1、 负责办公用品的采购、发放和管理
2、 负责新员工入职的行政物资发放与登记，以及门禁系统的管理
3、 负责行政资产的管理（办公家具、钥匙等），定期盘点固定资产
4、 负责起草基础的行政工作流程和制度，并配合上级实施
5、 负责核对月度办公室行政账单及费用，并按时向财务提交付款申请
6、 负责机票、酒店和车辆的预订和使用
7、 负责管理基础的行政供应商，与物业建立良好的工作关系
8、上级交代的临时任务

任职要求：
1、具备外企工作经历，以及行政工作经历
2、归纳整理能力强，工作处理速度和反馈速度快
3、思路清晰，具有良好的沟通能力和组织能力
4、具有良好的文案起草能力
5、工作勤恳，学习能力强
