Job Description:

1. Planning

• Work closely with PR manager for PR communication yearly budget and PR plan
• Collaborate with PR agency for the Influencers communication
  strategies and annul plan
• Develop PR strategies that are relevant to China local market and target audiences
• Plan and execute brand events, as well as media conference. This includes concept development, event planning, visual merchandising, monitoring collateral design, managing agency, celebrity outreach and event wrap up.

2. Management

• Build and manage positive relationship with regional and local media. Pro-actively
  build, manage and maintain the PR media database.
• Establish and maintain relationship with the influencer industry. i.e. celebrities, editors, stylists, trendsetters, actors and etc.
• To manage all sponsorship related activities concerning the celebrities, not limited to product seeding, event, etc.
• Develop written materials, brand campaign and product story pitches, press releases, presentations and top management interviews.
• Explore opportunities to maximize brands’ and products’ exposure on relevant media
  and especially the exposure on key media titles
• Work closely with global PR team and local team for press tour, PR coverage, interviews, celeb appearance for all marketing activities.
• Organize Media Conference 1-2 times per year
• Ensure that all the PR projects are kept on track, on time and on budget
• Develop crisis management programs to protect the reputation of the company if in need
• Develop PR tools to measure effectiveness of PR expenditure versus media coverage received; submit a PR evaluation report after every major event.
• Work closely with other line managers to ensure all the PR projects will be an
  important item of integrated marketing activities

Requirements:

• Minimum for 5 years PR experience within a consumer/fashion brand or agency
• Strong and solid media relationship in fashion/lifestyle industry
• Familiar with all traditional and new PR tactics to maximize earned media value, such as PR pitching, shooting…
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing in a global & local matrix organization required
• Excellent planning skill and writing skill
• Excellent communication, good command of English, written and spoken
