职位描述

JOB PURPOSE

Accelerate innovative projects for Greater China area and collaborate with B.lab team Develop innovation project activities Manage the innovation implementation to Greater China area

JOB FUNCTIONS

· Execute the B.Lab Process from market survey to MVP or Pilots in production. Be present to animate Design Thinking Workshops, Write specifications and participate in building innovative solutions.

· Market survey & Animate Design Thinking Sessions, Proactively survey market for relevant technologies and internal stakeholders for innovation initiatives

· Drive rapid prototyping process to develop new idea concepts, assess idea concepts developed by other Bollore personnel, estimate technical solutions and resources and test to determine concept viability.

· Project Management (Agile mode) & written Specifications, Project management: Scope, plan, iterate and drive the execution of innovation projects; communicate progress

· Find & collaborate with partners & accelerators (both internal and external)

· Liaise with functional teams across the organization to assess and evaluate opportunities (design thinking workshops, rapid prototyping exercises etc.)

· Provide leadership in digital, Block chain or evolving innovation technology adoption; and technical support towards B-Lab’s wider goals

· Point of Contact with Innovative International teams for projects

· Global & detail reporting to BTL HQ

· Reporting and discussing with B.LAB members so as to promote B.Lab activities in Greater China Area

· Creative managing innovation project so as to help Front office business and requirement , Specify business & technical requirements for identified projects

SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

· Over 2 years IT develop project experience

· Well technical knowhow about IT facilities / solution / Language(.NET/Java/Python and so on)

· Creative thinking and original driven

· Design thinking methodologies

· Curious& Entrepreneur mindset

· Interest and motivate to new tech, and innovation ideals

· Good oral and written English

· Good understanding of supply chain or 3PL will be a big plus
