职位描述
Major Responsibilities/主要职责
1. Provide solution-based legal support to our business 向我们的业务提供法律支持及解决方案
2. Partner-up with business and contribute in review and negotiations of legal documents 与业务部门共同合作完成法律文件的审核及谈判
3. Support in compliance development and implementation 协助合规项目的开发与执行
4. Provide training for functional teams across the organization 向公司各部门团队提供培训
5. Other work assigned by manager and company 上级领导及公司指派的其他工作
Requirements/任职要求
1. Bachelor or above degree in Law 本科及以上法律学位
2. Above 3 years of experience in the legal field from multinational companies /law firms 跨国公司及/律师事务所3年以上法务方面的工作经验
3. Fluent in both written and oral English 流利的书面英语及口语
4. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment 能够在压力和快节奏多任务的环境中工作
5. PRC bar admission would be a plus 通过国家司法考试优先考虑
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 精通Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
7. A good team player with good communication and coordination skills 良好的团队合作和沟通协调能力
8. Patient, careful, strong sense of responsibility, honest and reliable 细致耐心、责任心强、诚实、可信赖
9. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and inquisitive capacity 良好的分析能力、问题解决能力以及探究能力
