工作内容：

Responsibilities:

1. 全面管理整个集团（包括若干个现有电厂和房产项目以及科技创新中心）的安全事 务，包括指导现场管理团队进行 物理安全操作、制定危机管理计划、领导 和指导 团队成员通过内部和外部审计，咨询和知道新场地的安全项目设计；培训和指导核 心安全团队 （运营、风险与情报、风险与合规）完成安全工作； Overall managing the security program of whole company(including several existing Power plants and real estate projects as well as science and technology innovation centers)，including guiding FM team on physical security operation, establish Crisis Mgmt Program, leading and guiding major data centers to pass internal and external audit, consult and guide new site security project designing. Training and guide core security team( ops, risk &intelligence, risk & compliance) to extend guiding and leading overall security; 2. 规划和开发公司安全结构体系，为公司提供安全和危机管理指南； Plan and develop the company’s security structure to deliver security and crisis management guidelines for the whole company;

3. 组织和培训团队开发安全审计机制、危机管理机制，包括供应商网络的建立、全面 分析员工的安全与危机管理意识后的安全标准体系构建、计划和分配资源以支持各 地安全项目进程，费用预算； Training and organize the China team to develop security audit mechanism, crisis management mechanism including BC program setting up, system integration across China after fully analysis of employee’s SCM (security & crisis management) awareness, SCM program status, balance resources from the company, gaining budget; 4. 建立安全专业团队； Set up security professional team; 5. 与合规与法律团队和 IT 团队一起开展道德案例。实施信息安全计划，并解决管理 的风险。培训团队专业的调查员，支持道德案例计划； Conduct high profile ethic cases together with Compliance & Legal team and IT team. Implement information security programs in China and address risks to mgmt. Training team members be professional investigator to support ethic case programs; 6. 编写并发布《标准化作业规程》、《安全手册》，参与新工厂和项目安全体系的设 计； Publish standardized operation procedure, security manual , system integration by chance of involving into new plant and project security design; 7. 开展安全意识宣传周； Conduct security awareness promotion week; 8. 负责公司商务特勤、项目安保、监控联网及安保现场培训、实施管理; Responsible for the company's business special services, project security, monitoring networking and security on-site training, implementation and management; 9. 其他工作； Completing other tasks which assigned by supervisor.
