职位描述
Responsibility:
◆ Coordinate order fulfillment process
◆ Coordinate product delivery and inventory planning
◆ Plan delivery of domestic transports and manage transport invoices
◆ Continuously monitor risks in supply chain and pro-actively mitigate those risks
◆ Administer trial and sample orders
◆ Administer claims
◆ Monitor accounts receivables
◆ Plan and execute customer events and exhibitions
◆ Internal & External Communication
Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers in writing, on the phone and in person.
Work collaboratively and in cooperation with a global internal team (Sales Managers(s), Customer Service Center at HQ, and colleagues within operations, sales and logistics) to ensure that orders are processed, delivered and received by the customer and that invoicing and payments are made in alignment with established processes.
Contribute to keeping customers and internally informed of product and delivery related issues that may arise during the lifetime of an order (i.e. managing delays, claims, trial order follow-up, payment reminders, etc.)
Assist Director, Sales Manager(s) and Business Development Manager(s) with day to day activities.

Requirements:
◆ Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent work experience
◆ Minimum 3 years leadership experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management
◆ Outstanding customer service skills, structure and patience
◆ Proven resilience (i.e. ability to be told “no” multiple times and to recover quickly)
◆ Demonstrated ability to take initiative to prevent problems from occurring
◆ Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines with accuracy by established deadlines
◆ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, international environment
◆ Energetic and has the ability to spread energy within the group, aiming to always improve his/her own and the performance of the team
◆ Works actively with continuous improvement, to identify and eliminate waste activities, standardize and simplify tasks when possible
◆ Proactive in his/her way of working, who is used to follow up and can lead/coach the team to develop a more proactive way of working
◆ Has great structure in his/her way of working, for example in handling customers and planning back up with colleagues to make sure the service is maintained during vacation.
◆ Someone who will embrace new ways of working and push for a more structed way of working with the team.
◆ Monitor workload in team, both by close contact with team-members and by pulling out statistics to analyze.
◆ Fluent in English
