Main Responsibilities:

Prevent maintenance

- To collect predictive tasks from technician and plan predictive & preventive action to technicians outside working product working hours

- As leader, to define AM/PM standard

- To organize the schedule of maintenance, prevent maintenance and improve all equipment

- To implement inspecting, installing, adjusting equipment & fixtures and to keep record

- to check technician’s preventive & predictive task completion

- to carry out maintenance tasks whenever possible

- To arrange daily maintenance work and efficient appraisal

- To take charge of indicators as PM realization in process and IE/NEE to limit breakdown time

Equipment improvement

- to collect from technicians for the potential improvements

- to organize meeting with related technicians & methods engineer to discuss modifications

- to design (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic) drawings or PLC programs and get methods approval

- to implement & monitor the modifications

Maintenance spare parts stock level and budget

- To manage and control the maintenance spare parts stock level with the help of the maintenance assistant

- To manage & control the maintenance budget on monthly basis

- To update spare part qty or ref base on machine situation

Maintenance indictors

- To define indicators related to machine performance and to discuss with methods how to further improve

- To manage MTBF, MTTR, breakdown rate as target level

- To assist technicians when necessary to repair machine breakdowns

SPS implementation & improvement

- As TPM leader, set up career ladder with whole chain; setter--technician--maintenance engineer--ME engineer

- Lead SPS TPM item

Technology transmission:

- To transmit key technology to relevant people, and provide relevant training in order to ensure maintain key knowledge in stable level

- To manage relevant training material

- As project leader of equipment with technician, to resolve issues such as online control, equipment approval and equipment improvement

Safety&Environment common responsibilities

- H&S performance owner of the department.

- To ensure meet H&S performance goals

- To lead equipment risk identification

- To lead the accident investigation which happened in department and corrective actions

Basic requirements:

Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical/ electrical or automatism

Compulsory: 2-3 years in auto line maintenance; 1year management experience

Ideal:2 years in methods + 3 years in auto line maintenance, management experience

Pneumatic & electrical knowledge, mechanical drawing reading & conception / PLC programming

Language: advance English level +good technical English level

Computer: Windows environment
