l Oversee all production processes including production planning, engineering,   procurement, material planning, and quality assurance etc.

l Ensure continuous Improvement of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Total Service.

l Drive to minimize down time and change over time, maximize production efficiency, optimize staff and worker ratio, effectively utilize the labor force and control O/T.

l Manage the accounts as assigned with the program team with the greatest teamwork.

l Liaise with customers to meet the total customer satisfaction.

l Overall responsible to maximize revenues and profitability.
