职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Handle customer PO, including receive PO from customer, issue contracts, input SO in Scala System, confirm PO deliver time , notice the customer for shipment schedule update.
2.Communicate with related departments to confirm PO/shipment schedule, solutions for customer complaint including quality issue, material return, etc. Working with logistic for shipment tracking, work with Finance for invoices.
3.Help engineers to communicate with customer for product and parts information.
4.Coordinate customer visits, customer survey quarterly, analysis the survey results etc.
5.Filing all PO in hard and soft copy, keep records for all customers, manage and maintain all customers' contact information.
6.Work with Production to place PO to production ,and ensure the production schedule and deliver time.
7.Check the inventory, work with Sales and Purchasing Dept. to place order.
8.Check pricing as necessary from System.
9.Maintain the customer's system to ensure to meet the customer's requrement.
10.Keep all the sales records updated.
Requirement:
1.Have experience in automotive industry for min 2 years.
2.Bachelor (university) degree.
3.High flexibility to work on multi task assignments.
4.Able to travel (no legal or health-related restrictions) in China and abroad
5.Good knowledge of MS-Office
6.Good knowledge of logistics (inc. internal logistics) and supply chain management.
7.Excellent communication skill (with positive, pro-active attitude) in Chinese and English
8.Excellent skills of personnel management with customer focus and quality orientation
