Job Description

• Review all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing
• Process invoices posting in system, maintain the batch register and balance daily to general ledger on time and accurate
• Allocated accurate payment to each customer account in ERP
• Assist account receivable reconciliation and preparation of sales commission bonus
• Prepare AR report and shipped not invoiced report, coordinate with sales and customers, dunning on time, be responsible for account receivable collection on time
• Ensures the accurate confirmation and disclosure of all intercompany transactions (i.e. transactions with any other company of the Komax Group).
• Prepare tax reconciliation and declaration, including but not limited to input and output VAT integration, tax refund of export goods, tax accrual and tax estimation online.
• Ensures all transaction compliance with all legal accounting and tax requirements stipulated by the local authorities as well as with the Group’s financial reporting guidelines and Internal Controlling System.
• Ad-hoc assignment from Finance Manager

Education

• Has a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance.

• Has a good understanding of PRC GAAP and hold accounting certificate.

Work experience

• More than 3 years AR experience in foreign machinery trading / manufactory company
• Familiar with invoicing, customer account reconciliation and tax refund of export goods process
• Experienced in dunning process and AR management. 

Expertise and methodology

• Microsoft Office, excel and word
• ERP system, preferably Navision or SAP
• High moral and professional behaviour
• Good communication skill
• Team player
