Job Description

l Be responsible for invoice purchase at retail stores

负责当地零售门店的发票购买

2 Generate and analyze on reconciliation from actual invoices usage to budget invoice usage

通过发票使用量来分析并制定发票使用预算

3 Make sure blank invoices inventory are kept at safety level

确保有充足的发票可以使用

4 Submit invoice summary report to Global Service Center

向全球服务中心提供发票信息报告

5 Issue special VAT invoice and mail the invoice to customers

向顾客开具增值税专用发票并安排发送给客户

6 Collect the required information from customers

向客户收集开票需要的相关信息

7 Attending Compulsory Tax Training / Seminar

参加有关税务法规的培训及研讨会

8 Act as Contact Point with Tax Authorities and liaise with the relevant Tax Bureau Officer

担任我公司与税务局的联络人，并与相关税务局工作人员有很好的沟通

9 Other important assignments

Required

l Above junior college degree, and major in Accounting, Tax or Finance is preferred

大专及以上学历，会计、税务或财务专业优先

2 Over 3 years working experience on Accounting, Tax or related field

3 Excellent spoken and written English

具有良好的英语听说读写的能力

4 Good communication skills and team-spirit

5 Good command of computer and related software

熟练操作计算机及相关办公软件

6 Be responsible, honest, patient and have strong learning skills
