Lab Assistant for Research & Development
You will work in research & development department under the supervision of a research scientist, engaging yourself in developing the enzyme solutions for various industries in collaboration with team colleagues and partners.
Qualifications

• Graduates from technical school or above, majoring in biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry or related area. Working experience with lab work is preferred.
• Be passionate in carrying out laboratory bench work.
• Have good learning capacity and like to learn new things.
• Be responsible, flexible and willing to take initiative.
• Be reliable and willing to help others in a team.

Roles and responsibilities

• Implement trial plan according to scientist’s guidance and record experimental results. Ensure all trial plans are executed timely and accurately.
• Evaluate experimental results and provide timely feedback to scientist and other stakeholders.
• Operate pilot scale technical equipments when relevant, which need hard and repeated work.
• Conduct plant trials with our partners.
• Do regular check and general maintenance for laboratory equipment.
• Keep the lab clean and safe together with your colleagues.
• Other public affairs that need your participation.
