Main responsibilities:

●Accounting:
-Supervise and review all AP and payment vouching.
-Entries for inventory.
-Review bank reconciliation and enable to guide modification to bookings.

●Monthly Closure:
-Accrual cost/exp for each BU and each type of costs/expenditure.
-Liaise with AR team to ensure matching of costs vs revenue.
-Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.

●Reporting:
-Ensure a timely daily and weekly treasury reports.
-Based on internal management needs, prepare other internal reports to enable timely and effective decision making.

●Taxation:
-Tax filing for VAT, CIT and other requested forms to fulfill government’s requirement.
-Ensure tax filing reconcile with booking.

●Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with Chinese accounting and tax laws and regulations.
-Ensure full internal control compliance on Company/Group rules and regulations.

●Management:
-Manage a small team of subordinates. Develop and coach the team to achieve department goals.
-Be proactive in raising issues and recommending solutions to the management.


REQUIREMENTS:
-Major in Accounting or Finance related. Bachelor degree.
-Minimum 10 years in book keeping, with more than 5 years working in AP position.
-Minimum 5 years dealing with VAT. Been liaison person with tax bureau and other government.
-Worked in MNC, logistics company is a plus.
-Familiar with new PRC reporting, tax laws, especially VAT treatment.
-Familiar with the ERP system, JDE preferred; Proficient in Excel, Access, MS Office Tools.
