职位描述

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this position includes but not limits to the following:

1. To organize and to manage China Costing team daily operations

2. To organize costing SOP(standard operation procedures)system in SE Category in China

3. To establish effective communication between the offices(Head Office - OSO Offices)

4. To assist Head Office Senior Management in solving costing problems

5. To build loyal,mutually beneficial business models with factories through collaboration and teamwork based on Sportmaster standards

6. To liaise with clients,vendors and inter-departments to ensure smooth operations are appropriately maintained

7. To build a transparent,fact-based and consistent costing platform for the responsible brands or categories. Focus on products and customers to drive optimization of price/value ratio

8. Continually drive costing process improvement.establish and enforce standardized costing procedures across all brands and divisions

9. To identify cost impacts of proposed design changes to ensure cost-effective

10.To prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates at the design concept stage (precosting)

11. To prepare regular analytical reports including cost analysis, liabilities costing and value engineering

12. Provide timely,fact-based,quality cost information to headquarters

13. To form and to check CBDs (Cost Breakdown) for developing products

14. To take part in CBD confirmation process together with HQ Product Managers

15. To complete all additional tasks appointed by CEO of the company/Director of Production Division/Country Manager China/Head of SE Production Dept HQ

16. To provide monthly reporting to CEO of the company/Country Manager China

17. To provide weekly reporting to Head of SE Production Dept HQ

18. To know how to set up the Bill Of Materials & computerized of cost sheet

19. To know the cost structure of China factories

20. Knowledge and understanding of the Asian market of fabric,PVC,steel,aluminum,bikes components,will be an advantage


Qualifications:

1. Language Abilities: Speaking,writing and reading English.If know Russian language,it is add-value

2. Computer Skills:Word,Excel,PowerPoint

3. Working Experience: Minimum 3 years in management & minimum 3 years in costing. Experience in hard goods industry is add-value

4. Education & Training: University Graduate. Technical Higher Education or Management University degree preferred

5. Additional Requirements: Excellent analytical,structuring skills,strong presentation and interpersonal skills

6. Immediate available is advantage
