Position Summary
本职位负责客户的售后服务工作,同时处理与财务相关的统计,报表等业务,并协助相关人员处理课程安排,客户咨询等工作
Responsibilities
做中心学员的课程安排以及老师的合理有效调配;

做每日中心教室安排及课程确认;
做学员教材,课程纪录卡及其他相关材料的准备;

处理客户的咨询电话或拜访,鉴别目标客户并有效传达给课程顾问,协助中心的销售
工作;

协助中心学员学费的收入整理与登记,每2周整理学生账户情况并配合催款;

做每天老师课时的较对及每月课时的统计。

做费用报销及备用金管理,根据每月老师课时发送教师工资单,替教师办理工资卡等。

准备每月中心管理系统关帐等相关报表及工作。

开课前与客户和教学主管约测试时间,测试后跟踪收回测试报告同时反馈给企业客户
经理
定期为客户出具出勤月报告或其他综合性报告
配合教学主管督促并及时收回期中和期末学习报告,同时反馈给企业客户经理
配合企业客户经理, 教学主管处理客户投诉
Qualification

Education: 本科以上

Experience: 2年以上

Required Competencies/knowledge/skills 有相关财务,客户服务经验
