Job Content 工作职责

· Collect key information and movements on bakery and baozi/mantou key accounts, including (not limited) portfolio, ingredients, capacity, new projects and new products.

· Understand, consolidate and present regularly the key needs of different target consumer segment groups of Key accounts.

· Monitoring BBD and KAM team customer visiting movements through CRM system, visiting reports and regular conversation.

· Consolidate customer marketing solutions to support the business development work of BBD and KAM team.

· Regular export report analysis as well as the analysis on competitors' financial report

· Work closely with FP&A/Marketing/Sales team and relevant work partners on key account performance review.

· Well understand SAP, Kingdee ERP to ensure data quality for issue root cause digging and problem solving

· Business intelligence gathering via searching and study toll.

· Market intelligence gathering

Key Requirement 关键要求

· Bachelor degree and above

· Ideally with 1-3 years working experience of Business Intelligence or Commercial Finance / with market research or consulting company

· Familiar with Kingdee ERP, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, CRM (SAP) system

· Experience from customer marketing will be a plus

· Proactive with can do spirit

· Customer focus

· Can work independently under high working pressure

· Team player
