Application Engineer /应用工程师 （Mechanical）

The Application Engineer is a key role involvingidentifying surface treatment/tooling solutions for customer applications. TheApplications Engineer will have an engineering degree and will be skilled incommunicating with customers, engineers, and manufacturing personnel. This is atechnical job that requires travel to customer sites across China.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Understandcustomer real needs and pass the customer accurate voice back to company.

·        Initialevaluation of the technical feasibility.

·        Collectingnecessary technical input and filtering the valuable information.

·        Supportsales to bridge a good link between customer and our R&D team.

·        Managecustomer mood well and act as good lubrication effect. Ensure a smoothcommunication between customer and R&D team.

·        Supportto work out a technical proposal and help customer understand in rightapproach.

·        Providematerial, heat treatment, surface requirement suggestions to customers basedupon customers’ need

·        Providetechnical support regarding our products to internal employees, outside salesrepresentatives, and customers.

·        Travelto customer sites to assist representatives in the sales process.

·        Aspartner of sales, to assist sales to manage customer relationship well.

·        Createtechnical proposals and solutions.

·        Otherduties as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Welcome fresh graduates with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Education background in material science is a plus.

• Ability to travel domestically. Travel approximately 50%

• Good communication and presentation skills
• 1-3years’ experience with machining, or injection/stamping/die castingmolding/surface treatment of tooling or component is preferred, though we willtrain an inexperienced candidate in some cases
• Positiveattitude and work ethic

• Can speak English as working language
