Major Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

？ Direct and administer all aspects of running the Language Center on a day-to-day basis.
？ Perform sales function directed at obtaining new clients from consumer markets as well as supporting corporate sales in developing existing local and global accounts for in-house and center programs.
？ Planning and supervising sales promotion activities, and supporting sales visits to clients.
？ Manage, train, evaluate, and when necessary recruit administrative staff.
？ Ensure that the Language Centre and its employees are in compliance with governmental and regulatory guidelines and regulations. This includes but is not limited to obtaining proper work permits/visas for all employees.
？ Perform regular income and profit from operations analysis with a continuous goal of increasing sales volume and controlling costs.
？ Submit reports in a timely manner to the Country Manager.
？ Control, review, and approve all expenses (payroll and non-payroll).
？ Complete a written monthly review of the operations results and operational activity in a timely manner.
？ Quality Control: On-the-job training and supervision of receptionists and sales personnel; handling complaints; motivating and training staff to understand and meet customer’s needs and objections; maintaining adequate appearance of premises.
