Essential Responsibilities
• Provide technical interface with Project Management, Service and Manufacturing/Sourcing throughout the ITO&OTR life cycle.
• Responsible for technical clarification/presentation to customer, technical risk assessment to support PM & Sourcing.
• Provide support to response all customer technical inquiries and communications, as well as review customer specifications for assigned projects.
• Responsible for assigned projects’ technical management, support project manager to fulfill whole project to COD.
• Support OTR tasks: BOM fulfillment, DTO execution, manufacturing/sourcing support, project document preparation, customer technical meeting participation.
• Support installation and commissioning of assigned projects
• Support standard SCADA configuration preparation for project assigned
• Support the improvement of existing processes and creation of new processes as needed.
• Manage workload effectively and complete assigned tasks on time
• Flexible for role’s rotation per business needs.
• Flexible for extra task assignment per business urgency.
Qualifications/Requirements
• BS or above in engineering sciences or equivalent
• 5 years or above >2 yearswork experience on project fulfillment/managementin wind industrial
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, creative problem solving skills and project management knowledge.
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work in global team.
• Willingness to travel, demonstrated ability to work independently on site issues.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written).
Desired Characteristics
• Project Management mind-set that includes aggressive planning, g, schedule commitments , and efficient resource controllership.
• Work experience on wind industry is preferable
Control/Converter/SCADA system design/application experience is preferable
• Civil engineering experience is preferable
