【What You Will Do:】
?Make sure organization's payroll is processed accurately and on time through coordinating various compensation-related activities. Activities may include accounting; distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, leave management, sales commission, and bonus; maintaining payroll records.
?Accountable for the delivery of payroll & tax services: Payroll partner role through Workday, IIT implementation/education and resolve enquiries from employees - may check the work of others to ensure that the payroll is processed accurately.
?Evaluate current systems and process (internal/outsourcing), and recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements.
?Prepare reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.
?Partner with HR Team to conduct regular C&B audit and labor cost analysis.
?Other assigned C&B projects.

职位要求：
?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
?2-3 years of working experience in MNC and minimum 1 year with payroll experience
?Knowledge of HR processes
?A strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
?Ability of working independently; strong problem solving, communication and team work skills
?Good command of English in both spoken and written
