Allocator,Retail

- Collaborate with Retail Buyer , insure store first launch sku list with qty depth and meet VM SKU capacity;

- Closely monitor stock to sales ratio, review product performance daily/weekly to optimize distribution and sales, monitor best / slow movers;

- Deliver weekly replenishment according to allocation and assortment plan;

- Closely monitor the inventory situation, coordinate inventory transfer, consolidation, and returns with logistics and retail operation;

- Consolidate broken size product to one or few stores or close outs in any off season products, submit transfer requirement to WS if necessarily; - Create, maintain and update store/market profiles for initial distribution; - Identify and analyze store/product statistical trends; - Adjust store inventory according with promotion needs ;

- Maintain the sales report by store

- Allocation plan report - Other reports required by line manager.

- Cooperate with retail planning and operation team to optimize replenishment procedure.
