Position Focus:

- Responsible for new program’s sourcing in time-base, cost-base and system-base.

Job Description:

- Collect new program P-BOM, program information, RFQ drawings and arrange sourcing kick-off meeting.

- Ensure new program sourcing meet program milestone and APR cost. 

- Establish APR/Target vs. Sourcing cost model for newly source programs.

- Initial ECN 100% on-time release before SOP

- Urgent ECN 100% on-time release

- Support plants and commercial for supplier tooling cost collection.

- Support RFQ program bidding

- Other task assigned by line manager 

Qualification:

- Bachelor or equivalent degree, engineering is preferred but NOT mandatory.

- Requires over 3 years working experience.

- Purchasing/Industry background is preferred.

- Fluent English speaking and writing 

- Advanced PC skills (Excel, EPR) required

- Solid communication and negotiation skills

- Proactive and result oriented
