We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser who will report to the Visual Display Manager as part of our dynamic China team.

We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser who will report to the Visual Display Manager as part of our dynamic team in China, based in Shanghai.
Your opportunity
You will face your next challenge with us and you will enjoy having lots of ownership, develop long term visual merchandising career development and goals.

How you will contribute
o Accountable for multiple assigned stores with another Supervisor. Travelling required.
o Coach In Store VMs on the required skills and Methods.
o Responsible for follow up with 1-2 aspects of Admin duties like Specific Tools suppliers/ Florists/ Duratrans.
o Assist with monitoring the actual budget against Forecast on a regular basis on the specific admin duties as above.
o To be present and leads the team to execute major display changes, Store openings and Events set up.
o Check Pictures / comments on the set up ISVMs. Followed by sending pictures to HQ for reference.
o Occasionally attends showroom set ups in APAC.
o For more senior or experienced VM，he or she may be required  to plans for the work flow of individual Team (Self +1 VM assistant).
o For more Experienced VM, he or she may be required to conduct VM training.
o Other assigned ad-hoc project and task.

Who you are
o Typically at least 2-3 years of VM related experiences. Luxury background preferred.
o Strong fashion sense
o Good computer skills
o Good spoken and written English is essential
o Must demonstrate effective communication skills and ability to work well with others
o Able to plan, prioritize and multi-task efficiently
o Must be responsive to a continually changing retail environment
