职位描述
本职位为电子行业
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Budgeting
Develop and implement department budget and plan; allocate department target to direct reports; and monitor the budget achievement and overall performance in order to achieve targeted department performance.
2. Policies and Procedures
(i) Develop and update department working policies, procedures and processes in order to guide employees' work and improve department efficiency.
(ii) Comply with factory EHS policies, procedures and processes in order to align with government regulation and requirement and corporate policy.
3. People Management and Development
Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the department in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
4. Planning
(i) Demand management including analysis of customer forecast and historic data and make adjustment
(ii)Control the materials order quantity and schedule in order to balance demand, cost and space availability.
(iii) Monitor order process and production planning; and set up and update annual planning (including inventory control, STS, STR, booking and billing) in order to meet operation requirements/needs.
5. Logistics & Warehouse Management
(i) Initiate and monitor logistic and warehouse management program implementation and solve key logistic and warehouse management issues in order to improve operation efficiency and avoid legal risks.
(ii) Follow and actively participate EHS programs in order to contributing to a safe and healthy working place.
6. Purchasing
(i) Review, approve and release purchase orders for material orders beyond a certain limit in order to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of purchase orders.
(ii) Provide input to procurement Dept for supplier audits on a regular basis in order to improve suppliers' performance.
(iii) Comply with terms and conditions as set by Procurement team.
Qualifications:
◆ Bachelor’s degree and above, preferable certified CPIM or CSCP
◆ Over 10 years of supply chain or material & logistics experience and minimum 5 years are managerial level in manufacturing environment of multi-national company.
◆ Preferable good knowledge in SAP, advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis.
◆ Proven achievements of lean practices.
◆ Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
◆ Accountability, customer focus, self-motivated, result oriented, well-organized, good communication skills, systematic thinking.
