• Accountability and ownership to deliver the contracted KPI’s
• Autonomous maintenance activities of the automated equipment within TGW scope on site
• Support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency supporting that the customers’ orders are not missed
• Comply to all current, future health and safety legislation at all times
• Attend customer meetings providing any updates on the automation
• Continually improve the performance of the equipment and how you work
• Actively work with the customer to optimise the automation performance
• Co-ordinate all planned preventive maintenance activities with the customer
• Work with a right first time mind-set at all times
• Be operationally minded with all decisions
• Lead / co-ordination of any automation breakdowns and escalations
• Communication with Hotline Helpdesk for any kind of IWACs issue by remote intervention
• Communication with local Hotline Helpdesk for local support
• Interface between Hotline helpdesk (local / Europe) and customer’s site

Requirements Profile

• Experience on both mechanical and electrical. Familiar with PLC and control system is must
• Previous experience of working in an operational engineering role within a similar environment
• Experience of working with Warehouse Management Systems is preferable
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to work in a time critical environment
• Team work spirit and fluent English speaking/writing
• Bachelor degree @ Mechanic and electric automation
• Experiences with PLC programming with TIA Portal or Step 7 in FUP and AWL SCL would be a plus.
• Work experience with bus systems (Ethernet, ProfiNet, ProfiBus, CAN and ASi)
• Practical experience with variable-speed drives (three-phase asynchronous + servo drives; frequency converters)
