Main Activities:

Support finance division on definition and documentation of SOP, the implementation of SAP. Organize and provide training to new staff members. Main responsibilities including but not limited to.

1.Compile the finance SOPs and requirements, train users on SOPs, review and control the follow-up of finance

SOPs.

2.Specifies system functions together with SAP team. Define sources of data and business rules of data conversion. Executes tests for finance related modules and verify test results.

3.Design and prepare the users role/authorization

4.Trains the end-users and prepare training materials within finance division

5.Identify,resolve and/or escalate project issues


Profile:

1.Bachleor degree with Accounting or Finance

2.Deep knowledge of finance accounting principle both for PRC and IFRS

3.Strong knowledge in business process standardization and re-engineering is a must

4.Retail industry background is a plus

5.The experience involved into the SAP implementation project as key user will be highly desired
