Responsibility

1.Building strong relationships with business stakeholders from all departments front-to-back;

2.Surveying, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, data flows, and architecture, including local and global systems;

3.Proposing solutions, and documenting revised processes, business requirements, and functional specifications;

4.Managing projects and enhancement tasks from inception through delivery and post-project reviews;

5.Working with external vendor partners for development, and contributing to quality of their delivery;

6.Training the Support team, analyzing post-production issues, and proposing and owning resolutions;

7.Ensuring an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising risks and driving remediation;

8.Support business continuity, due diligence and audit activities;

Requirements:

1.BS or above BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent ;

2.Minimum 8-10 years IT experience in terms of industrial’s IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud solutions;

3.Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, delivery, risk management and communication, Awareness of standard SDLC methodologies, and how this role contributes to the project cycle;

4.Management experience in global environments and talents development experiences will be preferred;

5.Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix
organization;

6.Basic technical skills including database
structures, SQL, scripting, ability to review code against technical design;

7.Good enough Experience of SAP, QAD, MES, PLM etc..;

8.Excellent written and verbal with English and Mandarin communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization;

9.Be good at learning and willing to share with
team;

10.Strong business acumen and customer oriented;

11.PMP / ITIL are a plus
