1. Account for and audit all items on all purchase orders, receiving records and suppliers’ invoices (Purchase invoice matching procedure).

核算和审核所有采购定单，收货记录和供应商发票(采购发票与程序一致)上所有项目。

2. Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing payment.

在付款之前要确保所有的发票都有相应的凭证作为依据。

3. Prepare vouchers, including cost distributions and account codes for all suppliers’ invoices and credit memos.

为所有供应商发票和信用记录准备凭证，包括成本分配和帐目代码。

4. Prepare cheques for all payments (including payroll) whether immediate payments or regular payments, and forward the cheques, vouchers and all supporting documents to the Controller or Assistant Controller for approval and signature. All supporting documents are stamped “PAID” prior to submission.

准备所有支票（包括工资）付款前，要区分支票为紧急的还是正常的，所有凭证要由总监或副总监确认签字后支付，同时凭证上要加盖“已付款”的章。

5. Balance suppliers monthly statement to the hotels accounts payable record

每月编制供应商结算平衡表来记录酒店应付账款。

6. Post all the voucher bags and check the posting against the register monthly, in order to ensure all invoices are posted.

保管所有装有凭证的袋子，并检查每月的纪录，确保所有的发票有效。

7. File voucher bags for future reference and auditing purpose.

将单据整理入袋以便将来查找和审核。

8. Maintain adequate up-to-date files for all accounts payable records and see to it that all records are reconciled with General Ledger monthly balance.

为应付帐记录保留所有最新文档,所有记录与总分类帐每日余额一致。

9. Verify commission requests and prepare cheques for all local travel agencies.

审核佣金返还及开具支票给地方旅行社。

10. Answer suppliers’ and other parties’ queries relating to Accounts Payable.

答复供应商和其他人员的询问会涉及到应付账款。
