岗位职责:

? Provide direction and coordination for the development and implementation of the quality improvement plan for TJU, including compliance to JCIA standards
? Establish a unit specific orientation plan
? Develops and maintains good relationships Government units.
? Works with CMO to keep TJU in line with Chinese medical laws and regulations .
? Supervises and arranges all local inspections for TJU and clinics.
? Oversees all health bureau or other governmental notifications, trainings and updates while making sure that information is disseminated and communicated to all relevant staff.
? Updates Medical License for facility and physicians.
? Coordinates the medical title promotion for all fulltime Chinese physicians.
? Implementation of the Quality Improvement & Patient Safety plan

任职资格:

? Management studies to university level
? Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
? 5 years experience in hospital management / administration, of which at least one must be at hospital wide level
? 1 year experience managing quality improvement in a hospital
? Ability to direct and supervise staff.
? Ability to produce and implement effective quality plans to meet the quality requirements of a hospital, including evaluation of clinical indicators
? Ability to work as a member of a team
? Excellent communication skills.
? Ability to relate to staff across all levels of the organization.
? Ability to plan and provide staff education regarding quality
? Microsoft office, including word & excel, and the ability to manipulate data and present reports.
