Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of NCC Agent Supporting.

In this role, you will:

·To provide an accurate and timely management support by consolidating document/procedure filing and MI /performance etc. management-related data.

·To support officer to provide and maintain an accurate and efficient emergency cash service to meet both customer and HSBC group’s requirements by delivering authorization to inbound/outbound promptly and accurately, by tracing money timely, by checking the emergency cash data register and filing carefully etc. if needed.

·To prepare daily OTP report by arranging delivery according to system record and dealing with other request from front line staff and call-in customers timely and accurately.

·To provide a good admin support by dealing with internal mail delivery/ purchasing & reimbursement /data statistics etc. routine admin affairs.

·To maintain internal control standard, implement Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operation risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Bachelor's degree (recognized by the state)

·Skillful in excel, wording, PPT

·Work efficiently and attentatively

·Can OT when necessary
