Requirement:

• Driven, self-starting students who will graduate in 2020, able to onboard in Feb/July 2020
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4, Honors 2.1 or equivalent
• Extracurricular activities and demonstrated leadership initiative
• Effective English and Chinese communication skills
• Driven, self-starting with strong learning abilities

Program Includes:

• 7-week assignment within a global Dell finance or accounting function
• Interns are assigned projects that give them the opportunity to lead and produce viable results
• Interns are paired with managers to help guide them and provide support during their internship
• Internship will culminate with a high visibility presentation to executive management
• Interns are assigned a mentor in the Finance Development Program (FDP), giving them an inside landscape of the programs
• Networking opportunities with other interns, employees, managers and vice presidents
