天津招聘

What you will do:

1) Report to Great China Plants Procurement Manager; be responsible for purchasing Capex project & MRO.

2) Analyze and find saving opportunities to achieve annual saving target.

3) Checks requisitions, obtains quotations, examines bids. 

4) Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers inadequate,  sometimes may need to escalation. 

5) Resolve incorrect invoices, shipping errors, replacements of materials not meeting company specifications. 

6) As required, monitors the cost, schedule to assure best quality at best value. 

7) Evaluate supplier performance, such as capability, reliability and trade condition, etc.

8) Cooperate with plants team to successfully deliver Capex project& MRO to plants.

                           

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree in technical or engineering, fluency in English.

2) Minimum 1 years of purchasing experience.

3) Detail oriented, responsible, can work under pressure. 

4) Independent contributor yet with strong team spirit.
