2、在总经理领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况。

3、协助总经理作好经营服务各项管理并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况。

4协助总经理调查研究、了解公司经营管理情况并提出处理意见或建议，供总经理决策。

5、参与公司市场营销活动的策划、安排、组织工作。

6、组织经济协议的洽谈和经济合同的签订。

7、建立和维持供应商及重要客户的良好关系。

8、负责上级领导机关或客户单位领导的接待、参观工作。

任职要求：

1、大学专科以上学历，2年以上行政经验。

2、5年以上货运代理行业工作经验。

3、性格开朗，有责任心，能承受工作压力，执行力强。

4、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及人际交往能力。

5、具备业务开拓能力，有客户渠道的优先考虑。
