Position: Counter Service Officer (柜台主管）

Duties

• Check and supervise the transaction over the counter to assure sub-branch operation in accordance with related national policies, regulations and bank's procedures.
• Assist Operation Manager in the daily management and supervision of teller's cash box and operational cash of sub-branch;
• Be responsible for checking reports before submiting to the management to ensure the reports to be on time, accurate and completed.
• Assist operation managers to do self-inspection of sub branch transactions and opening files to go through the internal auditing or other department successfully
• Review and monitor the outstanding cases to ensure that they are handled within the agreed service standards.
• Timely and accurate resolutions to all customer inquiries that are received through various means.
• Communicate with Sales staff for some incomplete files

Requirement

• 5+ years' banking experience in counter service operation,with supervision responsibility is preferable.
• With good knowledge of regulatory compliance, banking products and services
• Certificate of Qualification for Anti-Money Forgery Post
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and result oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership and people management skills
• Good spoken and written English
